To finish up our turtle unit, we worked on recognizing E & F. The lower case letters are easy to tell apart, but the capital letters are not! Each of the kids had 4 small letters and we took turns matching them with the correct turtle. Then we graphed how many letters each turtle had. Our prediction was wrong but only by a couple. Our lower case "e" was the winner!
