Fiction -vs- Non Fiction

 To finish our penguin unit, we had a Wacky Tacky Day! We read Tacky the Penguin books and really focused on fiction and non-fiction books.  We also looked at photos from our books and determined which where real (non-fiction) and which were fake (fiction).

Penguin Reports

During our Arctic Habitat, we focused on penguins.  We did a big class report book and each student did an individual family report!  This was our February Family Project!  The kids then presented their penguins to the class and told us what they learned!!

 

Happy 100 Day!

We are officially 100 days smarter!  Who knew working so hard at learning could make us look like senior citizens?!
