Santa Day

 The best way to end the week of before Christmas break is with Santa Day!  We dressed up as Santa, created Santa addition and even had yummy hot chocolate!

Reindeer

 We had a lot of fun dressing up as reindeer!  We also learned all about reindeer this week.  To finish the week off, we painted our own reindeer and then measured to see how tall they were. 

Puppy Math

We've been working on adding and decided to have a little fun with it!  Today's math them was all about puppies.  We even used doggy treats as our math manipulatives! The dog bones helped us add two groups of numbers together.  

Candy Cane Day

We always have fun on candy cane Day! The kids bring in a unique candy cane and we graph and measure with them.  We also worked on creating new candy canes by changing the patters. Then we read our candy cane books to our friends.
