Adding With Dominoes

We're well into our addition unit!  The kids know how to make a number sentence (3+4=7).  They know how to count on and can write their own addition problems.  Yesterday we played an addition game with Dominoes.  We pulled two dominoes out of a bag and used them to build the addition problem.  Then they solved the problem by adding the dots on the dominoes.

Reptiles

This week we learned all about reptiles. We learned that they have scaly skin, are cold blooded, they lay eggs, and their bellies touch the ground when they walk.  The best part of the week was when my friend, Franklin, came to visit
