Science Fun

We had fun in science class.  We're learning about habitats and local animals.  We used ice cream cones and birdseed to make bird feeders.

Visitor

We had a little visitor!  The leprechauns stopped by and left us some treats.  We got new gold pencils, gold coins and little green hats.  The little guys also messed up our room a bit.

St. Patrick's Day T-R-A-P-S

The kids had a great time making leprechaun T-R-A-P-S!!  We can't say the word because the leprechauns may hear us and not visit for fear of being caught. And if they're caught.... they must share their gold!!

Midwest Museum of Natural History

The Lower School students went on an amazing field trip to the Midwest Museum of Natural History. We learned a lot about the Midwest states, Illinois history, and souch more.  The students went on an Illinois scavenger hunt.  They also worked with partners and learned about the different Illinois State symbols- bird, insect,  flower, etc.
