4s--> Holy Week

We talked A LOT with our kids about Holy Week and the importance of Easter.  We made Holy Week books in class. We discussed Palm Sunday, Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday and Easter Sunday. We worked on our letter recognition and cutting while making our books. 

3s--> It Looked Like Spilt Milk

We started our weather unit with clouds. We've been learning about Cirrus, cumulus, stratus and nimbus clouds. Ask them to sing their cloud song!  We also talked about using our imagination to see "things" in the clouds.  We read the book It Looked Like Spilt Milk.  So we decided to make our own unique clouds! We used some white paint and folded our sky papers on half. When we opened them, we had a cloud surprise!

3s--> Tropical Island Day

It was tropical island day! We had so much fun! The kids loved painting with pool noodles, eating popsicles, swimming in the pool, fishing for numbers and throwing water balls through the hula hoop!
